1. What is the price of membership?

For $36.00 per month, you will have unlimited access to training videos and educational content. The membership automatically renews itself each month, until you send a "terminate my membership" email to customerservice@eventingtrainingonline.com. This must happen at least 2 days before your next bill cycle. Bill cycles begins every 30th day, depending on the original date on which you signed. We will welcome you as a member again at any time, reutilizing the same username and password if you would like!

Our month to month membership is $36 billed every 30 days until canceled.  Additional membership options to enjoy greater savings:

  • 3 month commitment paid NOW with 5% discount = $102.60
  • 6 month commitment paid NOW with 10% discount = $194.40
  • 12 month commitment paid NOW with 15% discount = $367.20

3, 6, or 12 month memberships paid in advance default to a 30 day recurring billing at the end of your term unless you decide to cancel.


2. How often may I view the videos and how many may I view?

Once you are a member, you may watch as many videos as many times as you want, for as long as you continue your membership.


3. How do I contact technical support?

If you encounter any problems, please contact our customer service by emailing customerservice@EventingTrainingOnline.com. The email that you used when becoming a member will be your identifier for all communication with our support team.


4. How do I give a membership as a gift?

A membership to EventingTrainingOnline.com is a great gift for many occasions. It’s easy! From the homepage, on the bottom, press the button, "Gift Certificates"-  and follow the instructions.


5. Why do you need my email?

Your email is used to send a payment confirmation message and as an identifier for correspondence.


6. Can I view the website in another language?

Today the website is in four languages.(currently in construction) Please click the appropriate country flag from the top right corner of the home page to view all written words in that language. All videos are in English.


7. Can I preview a video before becoming a member?

Yes. On the homepage at the top are sample videos, and  there are 4 short clips from videos you may view.


8. How do I download a video?

The videos cannot be downloaded. They are watched via your computer, using streaming video, so they take up no room on your computer.


9. Is my PC or MAC compatible?

A highspeed broadband connection is needed from your internet provider. If you have a slower speed high speed connection, for example 1 mg., the video will need to load almost fully in order to play through without choppiness. Each video segment is approximately 10 minutes long. If you have a slower connection, you can click on the segment, let it buffer in for five or six minutes, then play it from the beginning. The video will then play through without choppiness. Please try this out with the sample videos so you can see if this is going to work for you.


10. Do I need to be connected to the Internet to watch the streamed video?

Yes, you must have an active high speed internet connection running (56mg. or higher) for best results.


11. How do I become a member?

Click on the membership tab at the top of the homepage or click on the red box near sample videos that says, "More Info and Pricing". Follow the directions. Start watching and learning.


12. What payment methods are accepted?

You have the most efficient payment methods on the Internet at your disposal:

  • VISA
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

13. How do I know that the payment is secure?

When accessing our payment pages, you will see a small padlock at the bottom of the status bar (to see this, make sure you have checked View/Status Bar in your browser). You can also right click on the payment page and then select “Properties.” The URL displayed will begin with “https” -  ‘s’ stands for security.


14. What happens if I am a member and can't remember my password?

No problem. From the homepage, on the left side, under "My Account," press the button and follow the directions to have your password emailed to you.


15. If I am unhappy with my membership, can I get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your membership, we will refund your monthly subscription. Please send your request within three days of becoming a member to customerservice@eventingtrainingonline.com.


16. How do I cancel my membership?

Please send an email to customerservice@EventingTrainingOnline.com, asking to cancel your membership. Please do this before the last two days of your 30 day billing cycle. You will need to provide the first and last name under which you registered. You will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to save this receipt, as it is proof of your cancelation.


17. I would like to advertise on this site. What do I do?

If you would like to advertise a product, go to Store and create a seller account, or click here. If you would like to advertise yourself as a trainer, seminar, specialty or organization club,  etc., go to Directory, or click here. You may also send an email to customerservice@EventingTrainingOnline.com.


18. How do I eliminate choppiness in the video or increase the clarity?

Hit the stop key in the media player, and then hit the play button again. This will alleviate the lag time due to buffering. For best results, a minimum of a 1.5Mbps broadband connection is needed. If you have a slower speed high speed connection, the video will need to load almost fully in order  to play through without choppiness. Each video segment is approximately 45 to 75 minutes, which is quite large for the Online video world. If you have a slower connection, you can click on the segment, let it buffer in for five to ten minutes, then play from the beginning. It will then play through without choppiness. Please try this out with the sample videos to you can see if this is going to work for you. To increase clarity, right click inside the media player and choose a higher bandwidth. 


19. How can I watch using my iPad or iPhone?

Just login and watch as you normally would, no special browser or device required, our videos work on any internet connected device. 


20. Does it matter which internet browser I use?

We find that videos play smoother and without interruption when using Firefox versus Internet Explorer.  If you do not have Firefox on your computer, it's a very simple process to download and install.  Click on the link below to get started!

21. What simple fixes can I use to make the videos play better on my computer?

There are a number of simple reasons why streaming video content can be interrupted, load slowly, or just become plain frustrating!  If you experience challenges when trying to watch our videos, consider trying a couple of the suggestions below.  They really help!

  • Clear the cookies on your computer.
  • Change to a lower resolution.
  • Exit other programs that may be playing in the "background."
  • Delete temporary files.
  • Adjust buffering speeds and hardware acceleration.

22. I use a wirelss internet connection. Does it matter if others are using it on another device while I am trying to watch videos?

It might.  The more users that try to use the connection at the same time, the more "diluted" your signal may become.  This can impact loading speeds and cause interruptions while viewing.  If you experience these symptoms, try watching when you are the only one using the connection, or connect directly to your router.
